Rights

The composer can assign to the producer exclusively for the world and no time limit, all the rights necessary for production, operation and distribution.

All other rights not specifically transferred hereunder shall remain the property of the composer.

Guarantee of originality

The composer guarantee the producer that the music is completely original and no part thereof does not infringe or violate any copyright or any other rights whatsoever.
